Anh Nguyen is currently a first-year DMA student under Dr. Linda Monson at George Mason University with a Graduate Teaching Assistant position. Willis Rosenfeld is an active choral director and musician in the D.C. area. He has over ten years of experience in secondary education and is the Choral Teacher and Fine Arts Department Chair at Loudoun County High School in Leesburg, VA. He served previously as a music teacher at J.L. Simpson Middle School and Stone Hill Middle School. Outside of teaching, he has over twenty years as a church musician. He currently serves as the Director of Music Ministries for Sterling United Methodist Church. In 2022, Megan Slay is pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at George Mason University as a Dr. Linda A. Monson Scholar. She has taught Keyboard Skills I and II and this fall 2022, will teach Music Appreciation.Graduate Teaching Assistant, Dewberry School of Music, CVPA
Wenru Yang was born in Qingdao, China. Wenru began studying piano at the age of 5. In 2015, she graduated from School of Music at the Ocean University of China and got her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance. During her undergraduate studies, she got the highest scholarship for successive four years, and was awarded the title of “outstanding graduate”. In 2019, she got her Master of Music degree in piano performance from Mason. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in piano performance and studying with Dr. Anna Balakerskaia at George Mason University.
