Please join us for our Dewberry School of Music Brass Day on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 8 am to 6 pm! We are thrilled to include master classes, performances, instrument demonstrations, vendors, instrument repairs, and more. Various ensembles will be participating including the Mason Trumpet Ensemble, SlidinGMUsic, GMUTEE, Robinson Trombone Choir, Horn Trio, 8th GM Regiment Band, and Braddock Road Brass Band. Several special guest artists, including Barclay Brass, Capital Horns, and Herald Trumpets, will also be featured and completing performances and masterclasses.

D.C.'s Barclay Brass Ensemble will be playing at Dewberry School of Music's Brass Day on November 12.

The Barclay Brass is an ensemble comprised of some of Washington DC’s top brass musicians. Performers of the The Barclay Brass is an ensemble comprised of some of Washington D.C.’s top brass musicians. Performers of the highest caliber, Barclay Brass members perform with premier military bands, major symphonies, and are in demand as freelancers all over the country. From the Pope to the President, members of the Barclay Brass have performed for some of the highest profile officials and ceremonies. These musicians created the Barclay Brass for the opportunity to perform a wide variety of classical music arranged specifically for brass instruments. For close to a decade, they have performed diverse genres of music – from patriotic and classical to ceremonial and seasonal – to audiences of all ages.
